How Can I Switch from Game Informer Digital to Game Informer Print?

I signed up for my Gamestop Rewards Pro card and with it got Game Informer Magazine, but recently I got an email asking if I wanted to get the digital copy. I thought that I would get the digital copy WITH the print, but apparently it is one or the other.
I would really prefer the printed version, but I have no idea how to switch back.
Keep in mind, I am a Gamestop Rewards Pro member, but do not have an account on the Game Informer site.
